14 LANGTON AVENUE, TORONTO (sold)

In summer 2017 PDI’s invested in 14 Langton Avenue in Toronto and developed the project for a construction of a new house. The development of the project involved hiring architects, designing plans of the new houses and granting necessary construction permits from the City and its adjustment committees. After completing the whole development process, PDI sold the property to its end-user in 2018 summer.
