PDI Group was founded by 7 business professionals, new entrepreneurs. Among them are civil engineer, finance manager and management leaders. PDI operates in real estate and construction sector and invests in older single-residence houses and buildings in the most sought after quarters of Montreal and Toronto, renovates or rebuilds them in contemporary style.

This first project PDI’s invested in 14 Langton Avenue, Toronto was a reconstruction of the house. PDI hired an architecture and a construction company, acquired the necessary permits from City of Toronto and dealt with inspectors. The property was sold in 2018.
